We value our customers and strive to ensure a reliable and transparent shopping experience. To return a product, we follow the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union directives on consumer rights. Returns are possible under certain conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  1. Return period: the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. It is necessary to notify us in writing about the decision to return the product via email: info@timbabuildbaltics.com.

  2. Condition of the product: returned products must be in their original, unused, undamaged packaging, without any damage or clear signs of use. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

  3. Non-returnable products:

    • Packages of cosmetics, adhesives, sealants, paints, and other chemical products that have been opened or used.
    • Products made to the individual order of the customer (e.g., cut length, non-standard quantity or size).
    • Hygiene products with damaged protective film.
    • Construction and finishing materials that have been stored under inappropriate conditions or mechanically damaged after delivery.

  4. Defective or damaged products: if you received a defective or damaged product during transport, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the shipment and a brief explanation. In such cases, we guarantee a free replacement or a full refund.

  5. Return costs: if the return is made due to the buyer's decision (e.g., the product did not meet expectations), the shipping costs are covered by the buyer. If the return is due to product quality or our fault – all costs are covered by the seller.

  6. Return process: after returning the product, please notify us and provide the tracking information for the shipment. Upon receiving and evaluating the returned product, the money will be transferred within 5 working days to the original payment method.

  7. Product exchange: if you wish to exchange the product for another (e.g., a different model or length) instead of returning it, please contact us individually – we will do everything to find the most suitable solution.

  8. Seller's rights: the seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the product back if the return conditions are clearly violated or the product is returned unjustifiably damaged.
