1. Delivery area

  • Currently, we only deliver goods to the Baltic countries – Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
  • Shipping of goods to other countries is only carried out after individual prior arrangement. For such possibilities, please contact us via email.

2. Delivery methods

  • We use reliable parcel locker networks and courier services for delivery.
  • Lighter or standard-sized items (e.g., adhesives, sealants, accessories) are sent to parcel lockers.
  • Large volume, length, or weight items (e.g., profiles, structural parts, large packages) are sent only via courier or according to a separate logistics solution.
  • You will choose the delivery method at checkout – depending on the nature of the product, some options may be automatically restricted.

3. Delivery prices

  • Delivery to parcel lockers – 2.99 €
  • Courier delivery – 4.99 €
  • If the product requires non-standard packaging or transportation (items longer than 1.2 m, fragile products), you will be individually informed about any possible additional charge before confirming the order.
  • All delivery charges are clearly displayed at the time of purchase, before payment.

4. Delivery terms

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • The standard delivery time in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia is 1–3 working days from dispatch.
  • If the product is non-standard or requires additional packaging/logistics coordination, delivery may take 3–5 working days – the customer will be informed via email.
  • After dispatch, you will automatically receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

5. Preparation and packaging of goods

  • Each shipment is carefully prepared to protect construction materials from damage during transport.
  • Protective materials used (foam, corrugated cardboard, wrapping), especially for fragile or angular parts.
  • If necessary, we apply additional efforts to ensure the goods' resistance to dust, moisture, or vibration during transport.

6. Failed deliveries

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrectly specified address or the customer's unavailability, the costs of reshipping are covered by the buyer.
  • Carton deliveries are carried out only after additional coordination.
