1. General provisions

1.1. These terms of use govern the purchase, use, and provision of services in the online store.

1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them.

1.3. The seller has the right to change these terms at any time. The new terms take effect from the day they are published on the website.

1.4. Customers using our website are both private and legal entities. If you represent a company, it is assumed that you have the authority to act on its behalf.

2. Orders and payments

2.1. All orders are considered the buyer's offer to purchase goods under the applicable terms.

2.2. The buyer must provide accurate information – name/title, contact details, delivery address.

2.3. Orders can be paid for using credit/debit cards and online banking via Shopify Payments or MakeCommerce.lt (Maksekeskus AS).

2.4. All payments are accepted only in EUR currency.

2.5. Payments in the online store are processed using MakeCommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475). Your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation is transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

2.6. The order is considered valid only after successful payment.

2.7. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if there are reasonable suspicions of incorrect data, technical errors, or unusual actions in the system.

3. Delivery

3.1. Goods are delivered to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia through selected shipping service partners.

3.2. The delivery method (parcel machine or courier) is selected based on the weight, dimensions of the goods, and the customer's choice.

3.3. The delivery time for goods is 1–3 working days from dispatch. We will inform you of any possible delays via email.

3.4. The seller is not responsible for delays in shipping services that are beyond their control.

3.5. If the goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the buyer's unavailability, the shipment can only be repeated upon receiving additional payment.

4. Order cancellation and modification

4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, by notifying in writing via email.

4.2. The returned product must be in its original, unused, undamaged packaging.

4.3. The return rules, exceptions, and procedures are specified in a separate document "Return Policy."

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The period and conditions are specified in the product information or purchase documents.

5.2. The buyer agrees to use the product only for its intended purpose. If the installation or usage rules are violated, the warranty does not apply.

5.3. The seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from improper installation, use of the goods, or actions of third parties.

5.4. For construction or renovation products, we recommend using them only with the assistance of qualified specialists.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the website, including texts, photos, logos, and descriptions, belongs to MB Munet Solutions or is used with permission.

6.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. The buyer has the right to access their data at any time, to correct or delete it.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In the event of disagreements between the seller and the buyer, efforts shall first be made to resolve them amicably via email.

8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
